Bathrooms are the number one remodeling project homeowners undertake, according to the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association). So it’s natural to want to upgrade the space adding value and functionality to your home.
We start with an in-home consultation. We come to your home. Take measurements, photos and discuss your vision for the space. Next we set up an appointment with one of our designers at our beautiful showroom. Located right across the freeway from Citizens Bank Arena. Here we design the entire space. Coordinating and selecting the floors, cabinets, counters, shower walls, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Finally, with all the designs selected, a quote is generated and sent via email.
A second showroom appointment is scheduled to add or delete line items and make any final changes to the estimate, sign contracts, deposit payment and review the scope of work. At this point all the pertinent materials are ordered and a tentative construction start date is established.
Working together you and our project team members will define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of dust barriers, barricades (if required) and hours of operation.
During the construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. It is rare changes are made due to uncovered damage, invasive supply/drain lines, exhaust lines or other duct-working though is does happen. Most change orders are generated by the customer adding construction items to the project. These “extra work orders” or changes to the original contract are in writing and approved so you can be sure there are no surprises at the completion of your bathroom project.
While awaiting the arrival of materials your appointed designer will send diagrams for your shower, including fixture placement and tile layout, cabinetry perspectives and any other clarifying details. This will ensure our readiness when all your materials arrive.
When it comes time to begin your bathroom project we will assign a project manager, field superintendent, designer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. Throughout this process you will have several points of contact with our build team to answer any questions and overcome any unforeseen obstacles uncovered during the construction process.
